While I considered myself an overall healthy person, as a woman now in my 40’s I was finding my body was not reacting to my fitness routine or eating as it had in the past. I was gaining weight and not able to lose the pounds. I felt uncomfortable in my clothes and overall not in a healthy mindset. I’ve tried many other weight loss and workout plans in the past. Most I’ve experienced minimal short-term success, but for me, not sustainable. The first 2 things that really stood out to me with this program vs. others I have been a part of in the past is this program is very educational and personalized. Our group coaching calls created a sense of community with others and helped us support each other throughout our journeys and was critical to our success. Following Laura’s CORE approach to healthy eating, I started seeing results right away. I can honestly say I was satisfied and did not feel hungry. Andy’s custom workouts 3x a week are so effective and the live workouts are AWESOME!
In this 12-week program I have lost 17 pounds and over 6 inches!! But, what I’ve gained is so much more important. I’ve formed an education on how to apply healthy habits for life that are sustainable and nourishing to my body. I’ve become a more intentional person with the activities that I do, focusing on strength and building muscle as well as incorporating activity throughout my week. I’m stronger and have more energy at work – mental and physical. I have greater focus in my work and personal life. I’ve reduced sugar cravings and expanded my palette to try so many different vegetable and protein options. For years I’ve struggled with heartburn and since starting this program I’ve not had one instance. I am sleeping great and waking up rested, which is a pretty amazing feeling!
I feel empowered that I have the tools I need to continue on this healthy journey for life – regardless of the circumstance I am in. Before this program, I felt miserable, I was at the highest weight I’d been, I felt bloated often and just so uncomfortable in my own skin. I so desired to keep up with my kids and run around with them but I had such low energy. I looked and felt like I had hit an all-time low. I had never experienced anxiety in the way that I was. I was often stressed throughout the day, and I had a difficult time sleeping. Eating healthy seemed so ambiguous to me as did strength training. There are *so* many diets and workout trends. It all felt so overwhelming.
Having Andy and Laura as our coaches and guides was incredible. They are both outstanding, so wise and knowledgeable in what they provide. I have learned more than I could have imagined while on this program. I love that I didn’t just do a program and that’s it. Everything I learned in this program I can truly take with me now for life! I’ve loved learning more and more about nutrition and it’s been especially fun getting to teach our kids what we are learning.

In 12 weeks, I feel like such a different person. I’ve lost inches all over my body including 7 inches around my midsection. My cravings have totally subsided. I have been able to run around with my kids, play soccer with them and my energy has been amazing. I don’t feel the need to drink coffee to keep me going through the afternoons. My sleep has been a huge change. I’m sleeping so much better. My anxiety has totally subsided which is just amazing. It blows me away how healthy habits can make such a massive difference.
I am so thankful for the workouts Andy has created. Unlike so many workouts I have followed before, Andy takes the time to really focus on making sure you are getting the moves and posture correct. I noticed my body getting stronger and more flexible. He’s a fantastic coach!

Fit From Home Membership
For 12 weeks you will follow a proven system to build strength, increase metabolism, and lose weight with just 3 workouts per week.
You will have access to:
- Fit For Beginners: 12 Beginner and 12 Intermediate Follow Along workouts progress you from “couch to confident”, and from “do I even have a core” to “my core is rock solid”! These full body workouts slowly progress in difficulty as you are also progressing in your fitness. With minimal equipment, from the comfort of your home you can establish your fundamentals and build your foundation with only 3 workouts per week.
- Fit from Home: These LIVE and On-Demand Intermediate/Advanced Follow-Along workouts offer a wide range of modifications and progressions that will challenge you to the next level while rewarding you with increased strength and weight loss!

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Andy Berger, CSCS, has a B.S. in Exercise Science and over 20 years of experience helping clients from all fitness levels lose weight, improve their quality of life and become the strongest version of themselves. Andy was a nationally competitive gymnast for 15 years and has used his passion for training and his own personal rehab from injuries to help clients train functionally to prevent injury, increase mobility, and get stronger than they were 10 years ago.Â
Andy began designing home workouts and conducting virtual group fitness classes in 2020 during Covid. The workouts were so effective for not only his clients but also he and Laura, they decided to help others experience this amazing program from the convenience of home.

Laura Berger, MS, RDN, LD
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Laura Berger, MS, RDN, LD has over 10 years of experience working in the Nutrition and Fitness field and has counseled 100's of clients in nutrition, using food and lifestyle change as medicine to lose weight and reverse chronic health issues. Laura has a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's in Health Promotion and Fitness; she is also a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with additional training in integrative and functional medicine and uses her skills and experience to help clients lose stubborn weight in addition to healing and managing gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, PCOS, menopause, autoimmune disease, anxiety, depression, and mood, and sleep issues.
Laura takes into account your personal biology and dives into the "why behind the weight" to help rebalance your body and achieve lasting results.

Before the program I was overweight, tired and drowning in a lifestyle that wasn't healthy or sustainable. I kept trying to lose weight from my third baby in all of the ways I thought I was correct but nothing was working. I was tired and frustrated.Â
Once the program started, I did strength training 3 days a week with Andy's videos. I also started to eat the way Laura told me would be best for my body. I've lost 14 lbs and inches in my waist, neck, and chest. I now go straight to healthy options for food like it's second nature. I've never felt deprived through this entire process either. Laura provides a wealth of knowledge and teaches you things at a new level. The weekly modules are great resources and give you the tools you need to succeed.
I've done many fad programs and this was different. Within the first couple of weeks, the sugar cravings were gone! This program is also different from others in that Andy and Laura do not expect perfection and there is no shaming whatsoever!
One of the major changes I made in this program was committing to three workouts per week consistently. That was a big deal for me. I have started to build nice muscle definition during the program and saw major changes in my body composition. I lost three inches on my stomach! I just had to order new workout pants! We have been given all the tools needed to make this our new normal.
